Frequently Asked Questions
|
Q- When Rod photographs
an event or children, do the photos become the property of
Rod’s clients?
A- Absolutely. Rod believes that the client pays for the
photos and should have the benefit of all of them. Photos
will be delivered on a CD and, if the client desires, on
prints. Post production processing with Photoshop may be
desirable in some instances for which there will be an
additional charge. No work will be done, however, without
the client’s consent.
Q- Is Rod’s work guaranteed? If I am not satisfied with
the product or service, will I receive my money back?
A- It is not at all likely that anyone will be disappointed
with the results of Rod’s work. However, if you are
dissatisfied with the images Rod produces, there will be no
charge.
Q- Does Rod do wedding photography?
A- No. Wedding photography requires specialized equipment
and skills. Rod will not attempt a job for which he feels he
is neither equipped nor qualified.
Q- Will Rod provide one-on-one photographic training to a
beginning photographer or group of photographers?
A- Yes. This is an excellent and fun way to learn the basics
of photography. Rod can organize classroom and field trip
lessons on digital photography. Lessons can include beginner
level electronic darkroom techniques as well. A special
program can be created and priced for an individual or a
group. Rod is passionate about photography and he loves to
share his knowledge and experience with others. For more
information, contact Rod
Q- Can I count on the prints I buy from Rod to be of the
highest quality?
A- Rod uses an Epson Stylus Pro 3800 printer for most of his
printing work. Many of America’s top professional

Specialized prints, such as panorama photographs are sent
out to custom laboratories.
Q- Can I pay for Rod’s work with a credit card?
A- Yes. Rod has a Paypal account which provides clients with
a simple and highly secure way of paying for photographic
services.
Q- Will Rod come to our home and photograph our family
for a holiday card?
A- Yes. While Rod does not specialize in portrait
photography, he does provide clients with colorful and
exciting photographs that are suitable for reproduction on
greeting cards. If you desire, Rod can produce a supply of
beautiful greeting card, utilizing 4 by 6 inch glossy
